About Okanga
Okanga Okanga practices tax law as an associate with Osler's Tax Group in Toronto, focusing on tax controversy and litigation as well as domestic and cross-border tax advisory work. Before joining Osler, he practised law in Nigeria and elsewhere, working in both dispute resolution and business law consulting. He holds an LLB from the University of Nigeria and completed the Nigerian Law School's bar qualification program. Okanga also holds an LLM and a PhD in tax law and policy from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, where he has taught international tax and published extensively on tax and trade law.
