About Nathan
Nathan (Nate) Lampard is a partner at JB Lawyers who advises clients across a range of industries on corporate, commercial, and real estate law, including business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and real estate transactions, and represents financial institutions in commercial lending matters. He was first called to the bar in Hawaii in 2000 and later in Connecticut, practising in both jurisdictions before being called to the British Columbia bar in 2009. Lampard holds a B.A. (Hons.) in History from Queen's University and a J.D. cum laude from the University of Hawaii.
