About Noah
Noah Thompson is an associate at Carbert Waite LLP, joining in 2024 after practising at a mid-sized Calgary civil litigation firm. He maintains a general litigation practice covering commercial litigation, construction disputes, personal injury and employment law claims, with experience in discoveries, negotiations, mediations and trial advocacy. He earned his JD from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2021 and a BA in Political Science from Dalhousie, graduating with distinction, in 2018. During law school he worked for a non-governmental organization supporting Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission complaints, and has represented clients before the Alberta Court of Justice, Court of King's Bench, and Alberta Human Rights Commission.
