About Jennifer
Jennifer specializes in corporate, commercial, real estate and wills and estates matters, having gained experience across civil litigation, residential and commercial real estate, and corporate transactions for a range of clients including healthcare professionals and entrepreneurs. She has worked on business purchases and sales, commercial real estate and financing, commercial leasing, franchise agreements, corporate governance and estate planning documents. She earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a Finance major from the University of Alberta in 2016 and a Bachelor of Laws with Distinction from the University of Dundee in Scotland in 2021, and was called to the bar in August 2024 after completing her articles at Forum Law LLP.
