About Noah
Noah Brennen is an associate at Torys LLP focusing on corporate and securities law, with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, public equity and debt offerings, private equity and private fund formation. While completing his JD, he worked as a research assistant for Professor Richard McLaren and as a teaching assistant for Professor Athanasios Psygkas. Brennen also served as deputy editor-in-chief of the Western Journal of Legal Studies and volunteered as a student ambassador for admissions and recruitment.
