About Heather

Heather Kawaguchi is a founding partner of Kawaguchi Krajden LLP with more than 20 years of experience in civil litigation. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of matters, including first-party accident benefit claims, commercial and general liability casualty claims, and short and long-term disability disputes, appearing before judges, juries, adjudicators, arbitrators and mediators.
