About Nimrit
Nimrit K. Sian is an associate at Roper Greyell practising in all areas of workplace law with a focus on contractual disputes, workplace policy development, and litigation. She has run a general commercial litigation practice covering construction, regulatory, and employment matters, and has represented clients in both the Provincial and Supreme Court of British Columbia. She has worked as a lawyer at a large national firm and as in-house counsel for a large not-for-profit community insurance organization, and volunteers as a mentor with the YWCA and the South Asian Law Students' Association. She holds a BA (with distinction) from Simon Fraser University and a JD (cum laude) from a dual degree program at the University of Windsor and University of Detroit, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2018.
