About Naya

Naya Dhatt practices labour, employment, and human rights law and conducts workplace investigations, working with employers, unions, and employees on workplace disputes. Before joining Forte Workplace Law, she practised at one of British Columbia's leading regional workplace law firms and later at Canada's largest national firm, advising employer clients across technology, natural resources, and retail. She has represented clients before labour arbitrators, the Employment Standards Branch, the Human Rights Tribunal, and the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia. Before law school she owned a small business in the traffic control industry, which she says shapes her practical, accessible approach to workplace law advice.
