About Aaron

Aaron Johnson is an associate at Roper Greyell practising in employment, labour, human rights, privacy, and administrative law, assisting employers with discipline and termination, disability accommodation, harassment, workplace policies, labour grievances, privacy complaints, and workplace investigations. Before joining Roper Greyell, he practised at an international law firm assisting provincially and federally regulated employers across many industries. He has appeared before courts and administrative bodies in British Columbia and Alberta. He holds a BBA from Mount Royal University and a JD from the University of Alberta, and was called to the bar in Alberta in 2021 and British Columbia in 2022.
