About Nima
Nima Hojjati is a trial and appellate litigator whose practice covers estates, power of attorney disputes, contested capacity, fiduciary duties, mental health law and constitutional issues. He has appeared at every level of court in Ontario and regularly advocates at the Toronto Estates List. As a member of Legal Aid Ontario's mental health panel, he has represented clients before the Consent and Capacity Board and the Ontario Review Board. He chaired the Law Society of Ontario's Equity Advisory Group from 2018 to 2024 and now sits on the executive of the OBA's Elder Law Section. Nima graduated from Queen's Law in 2017 and speaks French and Farsi in addition to English.
