About Grant

Grant is a WEL Partners lawyer whose work covers estate litigation, estate administration, and estate planning. He earned his law degree at Lakehead University's Bora Laskin Faculty of Law and his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Queen's University. Before joining WEL Partners, he articled at an estate litigation boutique in downtown Toronto, where he handled complex matters such as challenges to wills, guardianship applications, and disputed passing of accounts, along with drafting wills, powers of attorney, and trust agreements. At Lakehead, Grant achieved top standing in Property Law and went on to serve as the Property Law Dean's Fellow, as well as a research assistant studying how Aboriginal law could be incorporated into wills under the Indian Act.
