About Antonia

Antonia Hristova is a senior associate lawyer at Avanessy Giordano LLP, where she has practiced since 2020. Her work covers all areas of personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, occupier's liability, medical malpractice, product liability, and CPP and disability benefit claims. She recently helped secure a favourable summary judgment decision against a non-profit occupier that denied liability for a fall, a ruling later selected for inclusion in Thomson Reuters' Carswell practice materials. She is active with the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, where she chairs the New Lawyers Division, as well as the Toronto Lawyers Association and the Ontario Bar Association. She is a graduate of the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and earned her undergraduate degree with distinction from York University.
