About Curran

Curran practises primarily in civil, commercial and insurance litigation, and also advises employers in employment law disputes. His commercial litigation practice covers the Manitoba economy broadly, with notable success in the transportation sector, and he has experience obtaining and overturning injunctive relief including Mareva orders. Curran leads the firm's commercial litigation practice and has a long history mentoring the firm's articling students.
