About Nicole

Nicole Pellizzari is an associate whose approach to legal work combines creative, big-picture thinking with close attention to detail. She focuses on real estate law, with a particular interest in title repair cases, and also practices in corporate and commercial law and wills, estates, and trusts matters. She earned a B.A. from the University of Guelph in 2018, an LL.B. from the University of Leeds in 2021, and an LL.M. from the University of Toronto in 2022, and was called to the bar in 2023. Nicole is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Hamilton Law Association, and the Hamilton Lawyers Club. She values intentional listening as a communication skill and says her litigation experience helps inform how she drafts leases and handles real estate transactions as a solicitor.
