About Nicole

Nicole Lynx practises as a partner out of Thorsteinssons LLP's Toronto office, focusing on tax controversy and litigation. Her work centers on helping clients resolve disputes with the CRA and provincial tax authorities, including audit management and representation through the objection and appeals stages. She also advises on relief applications, collections matters, and voluntary disclosures, and has appeared before the Tax Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Appeal. Nicole holds an LL.M. in Tax from Osgoode Hall Law School and a JD from the University of Ottawa, and she is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Advocates' Society, and the International Fiscal Association.
