About Charles

Charles was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2016, having articled with Radnoff Law Offices the year before. He earned his Master of Laws in 2014 shortly after moving to Canada, and was earlier called to the Bar of England and Wales as a barrister in 2013, becoming a member of Gray's Inn in 2012. His practice centers on resolving disputes for businesses and their owners, with particular focus on tax litigation, shareholder disputes, and corporate and commercial litigation. Charles has appealed a range of tax assessments in the Tax Court of Canada and represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Federal Court, and both courts of appeal.
