About Nicole
Nicole Corriero graduated cum laude from Harvard University in 2005 and earned a joint JD/LLB from the Universities of Windsor and Detroit Mercy in 2008, before being admitted to the Ontario bar in 2009 (and later the British Columbia and Alberta bars in 2017). She represents injured plaintiffs in accident benefits, negligence, disability, and wrongful dismissal claims, and has argued precedent-setting Statutory Accident Benefits cases including Scarlett v. Bel-Air and Surani v. Perth. In Grajqevci v. Rustaie and Bloem v. Flinders, she secured jury verdicts well above the defendants' settlement offers. She chaired the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association's Women's Trial Lawyers Caucus and was a standout Harvard hockey player, holding several NCAA scoring records.
