About Roberto

Roberto Walcott is an associate lawyer whose practice covers labour law, employment law, human rights law, and administrative law. Before joining the firm in 2024, he worked as an employment lawyer serving low-income workers across the Hamilton, Niagara, Stratford, and Brantford regions. Roberto holds a JD from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, a BA specializing in Political Science and History from the University of Toronto, and a Master's in Political Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University. While in law school, he represented low-income clients through the Dalhousie Legal Aid Clinic.
