About Nick
Nick Whitfield is an associate at Neuberger & Partners LLP whose practice centers on appellate work in criminal law, alongside trials, sexual and domestic assault matters, violent crimes, and regulatory and white-collar defence. He articled at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP in Toronto before joining the firm, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2023. He earned his J.D./B.C.L. from McGill University in 2022, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the McGill Journal of Law & Health, and holds an honours degree in Philosophy and Social Science from the University of Manchester along with a master's and PhD in the History of Medicine from Cambridge.
