About Yuvika

Yuvika is a partner at Neuberger & Partners who was called to the Ontario bar in October 2020. She earned her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 2017 and an LL.M. from the University of Minnesota Law School, with a specialization in criminal law, and clerked for a judge on the U.S. District Court for Minnesota. During law school, she worked as a summer associate at criminal defence firms in Houston and Atlanta, assisting on cases involving homicide, sexual assault, domestic violence, and white-collar crime. Yuvika is also a licensed attorney in India, registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, and graduated from Symbiosis Law School in Pune in 2013. Her practice focuses on criminal defence, including sexual assault and domestic violence matters.
