About Scott

Scott Lancaster was born and raised in Winnipeg and earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba in 2000, followed by a Bachelor of Laws from the same institution in 2005. He completed his articles with Monk Goodwin LLP, worked as an associate from 2006 to 2012, and then joined the partnership. Scott represents individuals, companies, and financial institutions in corporate law and commercial transactions, including commercial and residential real estate, secured lending, and share sales, and also practises wills and estates and tax planning. He chairs the board of directors of the Children's Hospital Research Institute of Manitoba and offers his services in both English and French. His practice operates through Scott A. Lancaster Law Corporation.
