About Newsha

Newsha Zargaran practices labour law, employment law and litigation, and professional regulation and discipline, representing unionized and non-unionized workers before arbitrators, regulatory bodies, tribunals, and courts at trial and appellate levels. She earned her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2023, where she completed a placement in the Workers' Rights division at Parkdale Community Legal Services and worked as a research assistant in labour, employment, and Indigenous law. Before law school she earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University's Smith School of Business and spent five years as an executive search consultant. Newsha serves on the Board of Directors of the Parkdale Community Legal Clinic and co-chairs planning for Homeless Connect Toronto.
