About Natalia
Natalia R. Angelini is a partner at Hull & Hull LLP who joined the firm in 2007 and appears at every level of Ontario court. Her practice centres on estate, trust and capacity disputes, including will challenges and interpretations, guardianship and attorneyship litigation, dependant relief claims, and accounting disputes, and she also defends estate lawyers accused of solicitors' negligence. Called to the bar in 2001, she is a former Chair of the OBA Elder Law Section and belongs to the Advocates' Society. Natalia earned her law degree with honours from the University of Leeds and holds a certificate of accreditation from the University of Toronto's Faculty of Law along with a Bachelor of Arts from that university. She speaks regularly at continuing education programs and co-hosts a podcast on estate law topics.
