Nestor Kostyniuk practices law at Kostyniuk & Greenside in Toronto. He graduated from the University of Windsor Law School in 1977 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1979, becoming a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation in 1992. In 2010 he served as President of the Toronto Lawyers Association, and he is a past chair of the Bar Dispute Resolution Group Forum. He has concentrated in insurance law since his call to the bar, appearing regularly as counsel for plaintiffs and defendants at mediations and arbitrations, and as counsel in court proceedings throughout Ontario.
