About Neil
Neil Rosen is an associate in Osler's Corporate Group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and other complex corporate transactions, and he also advises clients on corporate governance and general corporate and securities law matters. Before joining Osler, Rosen was an associate at another leading corporate law firm. He completed his J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School and holds a Bachelor of Science with distinction, Western Scholars Honors Specialization in Biology, from the University of Western Ontario. Rosen received the Honorable F.H. Barlow Scholarship for excellence in business law and the Harold J. Rubenstein Prize for highest standing in restitution law, both in 2018. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association.
