About Neil
Neil E. Sacks is one of the founding partners of Howie, Sacks & Henry and has spent years building a personal injury litigation practice. Beyond motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and disability claims, he handles major medical malpractice cases for children and adults who've suffered catastrophic injuries due to medical or hospital negligence. Other lawyers frequently refer him difficult cases, and he's a member of several legal and professional associations, where he has presented papers and written articles. Neil was called to the Ontario bar in 1993 and to the British Columbia bar in 1984, and holds an LLB from the University of Toronto (1983) and a BS from the University of British Columbia (1979).
