About Nathalie

Nathalie V. Rosenthall is a partner at Zarek Taylor Grossman Hanrahan LLP. She earned her JD from New York Law School in 2002 and was called to the New York bar in 2003. She practiced real estate litigation in New York City before returning to Ontario, where she was called to the bar in 2006 and articled with the firm before becoming a partner in 2011. Her practice covers commercial general liability, occupier's liability, and municipal liability work for both plaintiffs and institutional clients, and she has appeared before the Licence Appeal Tribunal, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Divisional Court. She has also acted as counsel in priority and loss transfer arbitration proceedings and at Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal hearings, and co-chairs the firm's loss transfer and priority disputes group.
