Natasha Williams is an associate whose litigation practice spans investor-state arbitration, international and domestic commercial arbitration, commercial litigation, and major projects touching on Indigenous rights and consultation. She has worked on arbitrations conducted under a range of bilateral and multilateral treaties and procedural frameworks, including UNCITRAL rules, ICSID, the ICC, ADRIC, and VanIAC, as well as matters under the Canadian Free Trade Agreement. Natasha is regularly involved in proceedings to set aside or enforce arbitral awards before Canadian courts. She has represented clients at both trial and appellate levels in Ontario, Alberta, and New Brunswick.
