About Natasha
Natasha Papulkas practices insurance defence litigation, handling matters such as bodily injury defence, accident benefits disputes, coverage opinions, subrogation, and occupiers' liability claims. Before joining Beard Winter, she worked as litigation counsel at a large national insurer, and she has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and various administrative tribunals. Natasha earned her Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick in 2020 and a Bachelor of Arts with honours in psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2015. She was called to the Ontario bar in May 2021.
