About David
David Wallin is a Partner, practice group chair and mediator at DWF Canada in Vancouver, called to the British Columbia Bar in 1996. He holds a J.D. from the University of Alberta and a B.A. from Simon Fraser University. He launched the firm's injury practice when he joined in 2002 and has grown its client base from under ten to more than 300 clients, with over $100 million paid out to injured clients in trial awards or settlements in the last decade alone. His experience spans chronic musculoskeletal and psychiatric injury claims through to catastrophic spinal cord and traumatic brain injury cases. He holds mediation accreditation from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine School of Law.
