About Natalie

Natalie Schernitzki is a partner who was called to the Ontario bar in 2008 and has more than 15 years of litigation experience. Her practice covers commercial litigation, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, real estate and leasing disputes, and franchise disputes, as well as estate litigation, administration, and planning, including guardianship applications, will challenges, and passings of accounts. She also assists clients with estate planning, preparing wills and powers of attorney and establishing trusts. She has appeared before the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Superior Court of Justice, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, and the Consent and Capacity Board.
