About Mitchell
Mitchell Hayes is an associate whose corporate law practice focuses on private equity and mergers and acquisitions. During law school, Mitchell worked as an instructor with the University of Toronto's Law School Access Program and volunteered as an associate editor of the Critical Analysis of Law Journal. While articling, Mitchell took part in the Law in Action Within Schools program.
