About Nanette

Nanette Kufeldt's practice centres on property and construction losses, home warranty claims, and professional liability and errors and omissions matters. Kufeldt has appeared before all levels of Alberta courts as well as the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board and the Appeals Commission, and has served as a contact partner of Risk Management Counsel of Canada since 2020. Nanette was called to the Alberta bar in 2006, is admitted to the Law Society of the Northwest Territories, and has held leadership roles in several Canadian Bar Association sections, including chairing the CBA Insurance North Section from 2010 to 2012. Kufeldt has run ten marathons, including all seven World Major Marathons.
