About Mark

Mark is the founder of Davie & Associates and graduated from the University of British Columbia law school. He practised all areas of litigation in BC for over 40 years, appearing before the Supreme Court of Canada, the BC Court of Appeal and the BC Supreme Court, including jury trials, and also achieved results through pre-trial negotiation and mediation. He is now retired from the practice of law.
