About Nancy

Nancy Collins (formerly Lentz) has practised family law for over a decade, handling property division, divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal or partner support matters. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney, then articled at a Calgary family law firm before being called to the Alberta Bar in 2015. She joined Richmond Tymchuk Family Law in 2018 and has appeared at all levels of court in Alberta, including the Alberta Court of Justice, the Court of King's Bench, and the Court of Appeal, and regularly participates in mediation and arbitration. Nancy is a board member of the MADD Calgary and Area Chapter and a member of the Calgary Bar Association.
