About Diana
Diana Richmond co-founded Richmond Tymchuk Family Law LLP with Laurie Tymchuk in 2019 and has practised family law for over 27 years. She advises clients on complex matters including business valuation, parenting, spousal and child support, and pension and investment assets, and is a trained mediator experienced in collaborative law. She was called to the New Brunswick Bar in 1999, where she is now a non-practising member, and to the Alberta Bar in 2000, and received the King's Counsel designation in 2022. Diana is a member of the Calgary Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association's Family Law Section, and the Association des juristes d'expression française de l'Alberta. She holds a law degree from the Université de Moncton and a B.A. in French and English from Mount Allison University.
