About Beverly
Beverly Mendoza is an internationally trained lawyer of Filipino descent who practiced corporate and tax law for seven years at a mid-sized firm and one of the 'Big Four' global accounting firms before moving to Canada, and also worked as a Court Attorney and Chief of Staff at the Court of Tax Appeals. While completing her Certificate of Qualification to practice law in Canada, she worked as a paralegal at Hendrix Law and at a leading mid-sized Calgary firm, where she articled and began her career as a Canadian lawyer in 2017. Her practice focuses on wills and estates, providing estate planning advice and guiding clients through wills, enduring powers of attorney, and personal directives, as well as assisting executors and administrators with Grants of Probate and Administration. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and holds a TEP designation. Mendoza has returned to Hendrix Law, where she also assists clients with residential and commercial real estate purchases, sales, and refinances.
