About Tim
Tim Crljenica has practiced insurance and civil litigation with Thomas Gold Pettingill since 2013. His work is centred on defending personal injury claims and statutory accident benefits claims, including priority and loss transfer disputes, along with property damage and construction loss claims and coverage matters. He has also acted for plaintiffs in subrogated matters and property claims. Tim has appeared before the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Superior Court of Justice, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, as well as in private mediations and arbitrations. He studied law at the University of Toronto after completing an Honours Specialization in Economics at the University of Western Ontario, where he graduated at the top of his class. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2013.
