About Nadine

Nadine Nasr has practised insurance law since being called to the Ontario bar in 1997, handling both first-party claims, including bad faith litigation, and tort defence work such as occupiers' liability, motor vehicle, personal injury, and tavern liability matters. Nadine's practice also covers product liability, professional negligence, construction liability, travel insurance, and subrogation claims, and frequently includes defending architects, engineers, and other design professionals in professional liability disputes. Nadine has appeared at trial and on appeal over the course of a long career. Nadine earned an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1995 and is fluent in French, and belongs to the Toronto Lawyers Association, the Defence Research Institute, and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.
