About Morsal

Morsal Marks is an associate with Unified LLP's Employment and Labour Group. Before joining the firm, she articled and worked as a Crown Attorney in Toronto, prosecuting criminal matters at the Ontario Court of Justice, and she carries that litigation background and strategic mindset into her current files. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, where she received the El-Aggan Scholarship three times for her academic record and community volunteering, and also volunteered with the Canadian Federation of University Women as a peer mentor during law school. She holds an MA from the University of Ottawa and a BA with honours from the University of Toronto, and speaks English and Dari.
