D. Gregory Meeds is the Managing Partner at Vice & Hunter LLP, where he has spent more than 25 years practicing municipal, planning, development, and expropriation law. He has represented developers, property owners, and numerous local municipalities throughout the land use planning, development approval, expropriation, and municipal governance processes. He appears regularly before municipal councils, committees of adjustment, and the Ontario Land Tribunal (formerly the OMB and LPAT), advising on zoning, subdivision approvals, official plan amendments, site plan agreements, and related appeals. Meeds holds an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law (1997) and a B.A. from the same university (1994), and was called to the Ontario bar in 1999. He belongs to the Canadian Bar Association, the County of Carleton Law Association, the Ontario Expropriation Association, and the Greater Ottawa Homebuilders Association.
