About Monika

Monika Goyal has practiced family law for more than fourteen years, acting for clients throughout the GTA, including Milton, Newmarket, Guelph, Oshawa, Welland, Cornwall, Cayuga, and Hamilton. She has appeared before every level of court in Ontario, from the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice up to the Divisional Court and Court of Appeal. Her work spans separation agreements, cohabitation agreements, child and spousal support, and division of property, and she keeps children's best interests central to her approach. She holds an LLB and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario. She serves the province's diverse communities in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.
