Wills, Estates & TrustsMary De Rose is one of the firm's managing partners and was called to the bar in 2004 after earning her law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and her B.A. from York University. Her personal injury practice covers dog bite claims, disability insurance claims, negligence claims, and auto collisions, with particular focus on clients who have suffered traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries. Mary also has extensive family law experience, having appeared before the Ontario Family Court and Superior Court of Justice on matters including high-conflict divorces, child custody disputes, and property division. She additionally drafts wills and prepares probate applications for clients' estate planning needs. Mary belongs to the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Advocates' Society, and the Canadian Italian Advocates Organization, among other professional groups.
