About Oksana
Oksana Turner has built her practice at De Rose Lawyers around personal injury law, with particular focus on traumatic brain injuries, catastrophic injuries, chronic pain, and psychiatric injuries. She represents plaintiffs in insurance disputes, including motor vehicle negligence and product liability claims, and also handles civil litigation and accident benefit matters. Born and raised in Ukraine, she earned her Master of Laws from Chernovtsy State University before completing her JD at Osgoode Hall Law School with a focus on civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution. She belongs to the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Ontario Justice Educational Network.
