- Mary De Rose completed a Bachelor of Arts at York University and a Bachelor of Law at Osgoode Hall Law School, and was called to the bar in 2004. In the community
- In December 2020, De Rose Lawyers sponsored and emceed "Baked It!", a baking contest networking event where entry fees were donated to local acquired brain injury and spinal cord injury community organizations.
