About Chi
Chi Iliya-Ndule is a Director in EY Law's Business Law practice, focusing on corporate and commercial matters including M&A, commercial arrangements, reorganizations, joint ventures, governance and legal due diligence. Before joining EY Law, she practiced at an international law firm in Toronto advising on domestic and cross-border transactions in energy, infrastructure and manufacturing. She was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2010, the Law Society of Alberta in 2017 and the Law Society of Ontario in 2025.
