About Molly
Molly Martin is an associate practicing in the Toronto office, with a focus on tax litigation and taxpayer representation at every level, along with tax planning for businesses, individuals, not-for-profits and charities. Her writing on tax matters has appeared in the Canadian Tax Foundation's Tax for the Owner-Manager publication and Federated Press's Resource Taxation Journal, and she has received multiple awards for her writing. She joined the firm as a summer student and later articled there before being called to the Ontario bar in 2023. Molly holds a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School and a BA in Media Production from Ryerson University.
