About Carly

Fidler advises clients facing complicated corporate and commercial disputes, construction and infrastructure conflicts, and tax litigation matters. Her client base includes large financial institutions, government bodies, and multinational corporations. Fidler has acted for construction and infrastructure clients in disputes over liens and trusts, bonds and insurance claims, contract interpretation and professional negligence, and counsels on managing risk in construction contract administration. She also guides Canadian and foreign companies operating in Canada through tax disputes with the federal revenue agency, with particular depth in transfer pricing and anti-avoidance issues. Fidler is admitted to practice in both Ontario and New York, and completed her law degree at Osgoode Hall.
