About Mike

Mike advises founders, business owners, and management teams on corporate, business, and securities law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, tax-driven reorganizations, and capital raises. He is completing the CPA In-Depth Tax Program to strengthen his tax-aware advice. He was called to the BC bar in 2018 and holds a JD from Dalhousie University. He has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.
