About Wilson

Wilson McCutchan is a lawyer in Vest Estate Law's Calgary office who advises and represents clients on estate dispute and litigation matters. He has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Federal Court of Appeal, and various administrative tribunals. Before joining Vest Estate Law, McCutchan practised insurance defence litigation at a national firm, and he has served as a sessional instructor at the University of Calgary Law School and volunteers with Calgary Legal Guidance.
